so a couple of my friends and i started this biggest loser competition about a month ago. we tried to get a bunch of people to join, but no one was willing to do it. we weigh in every 2 weeks and go by percentage weight lost. tomorrow is our second weigh in and i'm pretty sure that i've gained 3-4 pounds. why am i so motivated to go in the opposite direction than i should be? i don't even care if i win the competition, i just want to lose the weight i gained through the winter.
this is so unbelievably hard for me. help! springtime please give me a jump start!! i really hope to see progress in 2 weeks.
